Beven Legal does not accept instructions to appear as solicitor on the record in respect of any litigation.

For contract and commercial advisory services touching upon debt recovery (paragraph 2(b) above), Beven Legal will customarily charge on an hourly basis at the rate of £150 to £250 per hour excluding VAT (or £180 to £300 per hour including VAT), depending on the complexity, urgency and volume of work involved.

Fees may be fixed for stages of a matter on agreement with the client, based upon the estimated number of hours for such stage plus contingency. The level of such fixed fees will be issue/matter-dependant. Beven Legal does not accept conditional fee instructions.  Disbursements (out-of-pocket expenses) such as couriers and search fees are charged in addition, together with VAT if applicable.
